Refunds & Exchanges


Snatched Bahamas values your business and satisfaction. We strive to provide our customers with quality products and service. In our efforts to offer the latest and best prices.


Once you make a purchase it is final and absolutely no exchanges or refunds on down payments, orders or final sales.  All items are inspected before they are sent out or delivered to customers.  We are not responsible for the items once you have received the items, once you’ve made your purchase the sale is final.  If you feel you have received a defective product from us please email us at  Allow 2-3 business days for a response.  


We do allow an exception with exchanging with waist trainers, do to the different sizing differences.  However, we ask that you refer to the size guard provided in the description and this is only a guide.  We ask that you try your waist trainer on once you receive your item.  If it doesn't fit you will be allowed to exchange for another size once you contact us within 2 business days for the islands of the Bahamas and International countries.  The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for exchange because of the wrong size. All under garments such as shapewear (pants, panty, bodysuits, thong shapers), lingerie, underwear, and sports bra, cannot be exchanged.  Waist trainers on sale and sales items cannot be exchanged.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards.
* Downloadable digital products.
* Personal care items.
*Food items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and your item will be delivered, shipped out or made ready for pick up.  We are not responsible for delivery or new shipping charges.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
